Big Bro Meets Little Bro

Today was a big day for our boys... they met for the first time! It was an amazing thing to watch - Eashan immediately walked into the room and said "Buba!" (We think that is his word for baby). He went to the side of the bed and looked up as Mama held Naveen up for him. He then asked "Up?" and we lifted him onto the bed. He then demanded to hold his little brother...

And held him tight...

We asked E to give "buba" a kiss and he obliged...

He wasn't too interested in holding him for very long, because there was so much stuff to terrorize in the room... but he did pause long enough to take our first picture as a newly expanded family.

And then, Naveen had something to say to us...

E wanted some quality time with his mama... it's hard to come by these days!

Naveen thought way ahead and got Eashan a present to celebrate the birthday...

E was quite impressed with his loot...

Avaya and Appiah have been amazing helping us out this weekend... they have been watching and playing with Calley and Eashan while we are in the hospital...

We think they are having a great time at home...

Naveen has been taking in plenty of rest over his first 24 hours. He has been eating well and seems to be thoroughly enjoying the outside world.
