Lifeguard on Duty

We've been cooling-off at the local Hampton pond during these triple-digit days. E's thrill seeking ways keep growing and you can see the wheels turning in his head at the sight or mention of the pool! (Mama was excited to get E into the water since she's been swimming since she was three and worked as a swim teacher/coach during her teens).

E has proven to be a little fish in the water and showed no hesitation as he splashes around. Of course, Navi is still a bit young for the water - so we've designated him as the family lifeguard - however, his observation skills are lacking (since he sleeps poolside!).

E enjoyed his new water wings and was eager to get them on.
When we got down at the pool, E only had eyes for the blue!!

Our lifeguard ... hmmm, sleeping on the job, we'll have to have a word with his boss.

E's got a good kick on him and propelled through the water.

If Navi was awake, he might blow his whistle and if he could talk, might add 'No Horseplay.' But we don't think that would stop E!!
