Spooning It

Mommy has been slowly preparing to introduce Little E to new foods and bevies -- he's now got his own set of colorful spoons, dishes and even a sippy cup for when he officially turns 6-months! For the past few weeks, he's watched us eat meals at the dinner table with a hungry grin. We're thinking he can't wait for his turn!

As an exploratory exercise, Little E decided to partake in a breastmilk-on-spoon snack. 'Shy' isn't a word to describe this boy, who eagerly helped himself to the milk on spoon and then some. It was funny to watch him blow bubbles when he placed his mouth on the spoon, rather than slurp it off the spoon. Watching him explore is just the most wonderful sight!
