Naveen's First Day of School

Well, it's hard to imagine the day actually came - it came really fast - but Navi headed off to 'school.' The last few weeks with the littlest man close to Mama's side, as her little coworker, have been tough - but she cherished the time. Working from home is no easy task. We're not sure how people do it while taking care of their children - because it's actually two full time jobs and it can be rather stressful!

Anyway, we've been telling E for weeks that Navi would be joining him at school and that he needs to be a good big bro and keep a watchful eye on his lil' buddy!!

Navi was welcomed to the Light Green Room - his teachers, Aunt Ronda and Ms. Johnita. The Light Green Room was E's old stompin' grounds for the first year he was at school - and we just have so many good memories and experiences with our family there, that we wanted Navi to make his start there too!

Mama visited Navi at lunch and saw that he had a wardrobe change - due to his diaper malfunctioning. LOL. Here he is at the end of their visit together. He was pretty tuckered out after a morning of meeting many new teachers and friends!

Mama was really worried about the littlest man taking a bottle - it's not something that he was doing much of while at home - but with the patience of his teachers, they said he took to it - and believe he will get better as the weeks go by. Totally proud of you lil' guy!!!
