Merry Christmas!!

Today was filled with much excitement and anticipation as we all awaited Uncle Su and Auntie Helena’s arrival from the Great North! Much of the day was spent prepping Christmas dinner and obsessively checking flight departures and arrivals since parts of the country were calling for freezing rain and cold, icky weather.

E made sure to get dressed in his Christmas best well before his Uncle and Auntie arrived and posed with Mommy, Daddy and Calley for some pics.

E was super excited for the reunion with his God parents because he hadn’t seen his Uncle since June and his Auntie since LAST Christmas!

The moment the pair walked through the door, the little man’s face lit up and he joyfully greeted them with big hugs – as if no time had passed since they’d seen him last. He then made sure they would stay a good while, by moving their luggage to their room!

We were joined for Christmas dinner with some extended family and E worked his magic on everyone. The food was just DELISH and the company even better! Thanks for an evening of incredible reunion and laughter.
