This morning, we loaded up our car and piled in for a little
ol'
roadtrippin' to Daddy's home town of Huntington, West Virginia. We enjoyed the beautiful drive and were happy the sun followed us all the way to the
Vellis (
Velliamma and
Velliappa) home.
We took a break and had a picnic along the way, sang a lot of Pearl Jam tunes, and Mommy even serenaded Daddy with an upbeat
rendition of 'Dueling Banjos' ... Yes, you've heard this tune, just ask Daddy about it ...
E enjoyed his meal that consisted of pears and oatmeal.
Nutritious and delicious!

A family self-portrait, minus Calley, who decided to step out of the picture at that oh-so critical moment.

Those passing by were a little curious to see a baby in a high-chair that wasn't so high ... Mommy and Daddy are good at using their imaginations.

It's hard to get everyone looking at once, but at least we got our Calley-girl in the photo this time!

Move over Brittany Spears, there's a new car-lap baby. At least we made sure to only do this when the vehicle was in park and the engine was off. This did not stop E from honking the horn at anyone in front of the vehicle. E is the youngest new driver with a learners permit.
