Can ANYONE see me down there??

This weekend, Little E embarked on his FIRST journey flying the friendly skies! The whole family, except for Calley who encountered some issues with her paperwork, boarded a tiny Continental jet - Destination: Houston, Texas! We were on our way to visit Divyammai, Alexuappapan and cousin Bailey-girl dog.

We were excited to introduce the little man to one of our favorite things to do together -- TRAVEL! And judging by this first experience, we think we've got a World Class traveler on our hands.

E was very excited to be gliding high above the clouds. He hopped back and forth from Mommy's lap to Daddy's lap; climbed atop both of us to peek over the the back of our seats to passengers behind us; gurgled and cooed and BABABA-d excitedly to everyone seated we crossed paths with, and of course, flirted with the flight crew! E made many a friend on his first trip.

Future skydiver? E doesn't seem to have any problems with heights! He LOVED looking out the window and banging on the glass. We may have a future skydiver on our hands - following in adventurous Daddy's footsteps.
Divyammai and Alexuappan met us at the airport and brought us to their beautiful home!

Hanging with his uncle and auntie! It had been way to long:) They all enjoyed each other and were the best host and hostess!!
We decided to indulge in some Tex-Mex cuisine and headed to a restaurant called 'Gringos' ... We had a wonderful afternoon together -- a lot of laughing!
All of us outside 'Gringos' ...

Getting cozy with Divyammai and his thumby (The pose below is E's trademark 'I'm ready for a nap' ... he sticks his trusty thumb in his mouth and the other hand wanders up to his ear and he gently tugs on it).

E enjoying some time with his third cousins, Meghana and Jacob. They joined us for a wonderful Easter weekend meal.

Divyammai is a favorite with the kiddies ... here she gets a snuggle from little Jacob. He was on his best behavior because he heard about the DELISH dinner spread she put together for us all. She cooked up a storm and served up an eclectic array of dishes!! We're still dreaming of that meal!!!

Here's cousin Julia searching for Easter eggs!

Home sweet home. We're back in Richmond! E enjoyed wandering the airports in this handy stroller we found at a consignment store. He loved people watching and even took a short nap in it when our flight was delayed on the way home due to bad weather Texas-side.

Looks like you guys had a great trip! We were laughing because Pradeep's youngest brother still gets teased for sucking his thumb and tugging on his ear when he was a little man. After seeing the photo of E, I think it's an absolutely adorable habit! Hope you guys are doing well...
